How we write

Editorial Policy

Everything published on SEOIndexr is written by the SEOIndexr Editorial Team. This page explains how we research, write, review and update our content, so you know what to expect from every guide.

Who writes our content

Our articles are researched and written by the SEOIndexr Editorial Team, the same people who plan and deliver SEO and AI-search (GEO) work for our clients. We publish as a team rather than under individual bylines, and the team as a whole is responsible for the accuracy of every page.

How we research

  • We base recommendations on official documentation first, including Google Search Central, Bing Webmaster guidelines and schema.org.
  • Where we can, we test tactics on real websites before recommending them, and we say clearly when something is our opinion rather than an established fact.
  • We link to primary sources so you can check our claims yourself.

How we review and fact-check

  • Every article is reviewed by a second team member before publishing.
  • Statistics, quotes and product claims are checked against their original source.
  • We do not accept payment to include or rank products, and we do not publish AI-generated content without human review and editing.

How we keep content up to date

Search changes quickly. We review our guides regularly and update them when Google, AI search engines or best practices change. Each article shows the date it was last updated.

Found a mistake? We take accuracy seriously. Email us at seoindexr@gmail.com with the page URL and the issue, and we will review and correct it.

Independence

SEOIndexr is an SEO agency. Some articles mention our own services; when they do, we aim to keep the advice useful whether or not you work with us.
